Every VAN UP conversion is built around how you'll actually use your van — weekend surf trips, full-time van life, tradie storage, or family road trips — then designed and fitted out here in Sydney around that. Below is a look at some of our recent van conversion and campervan fit-out projects, from finished builds through to fit-outs currently underway and design concepts for upcoming builds.
Toyota HiAce Campervan Conversion — Sydney
A complete campervan conversion of a Toyota HiAce, built for comfortable weekend touring and van life. The fitout includes a fixed bed platform with timber cabinetry, a slide-out kitchen with sink, tap and cooktop, a built-in 12V fridge, an off-grid electrical system with battery monitoring, on-board water storage and gas, and an external awning for camp-side living.

Renault Campervan Conversion — Sydney
A finished Renault campervan build featuring sage green cabinetry and a fitted kitchen. This build included a retractable bed, a tall hanging wardrobe, and a floor-mounted air conditioner, along with some of our usual favourites — a wall-mounted fan, plenty of USB chargers, 240V power, and of course the water system.

Slide-Out Kitchen Fit-Out — Sydney
Not every project is a full conversion. This build shows one of our slide-out van kitchen units in progress — timber benchtop, cooktop, inverter and storage — from design render through to the fit-out itself. A good option if you want a functional van kitchen without converting the whole vehicle.

Design Concepts — Mercedes Sprinter & Ford Transit
