All VanUp builds are made to order.
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing your build — this may include materials, scheduling, and production.
Because we operate a fast workflow, production can begin shortly after confirmation.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately.
⏱️ Build Time
Build time will vary depending on the scope of your setup.
- Standard builds are completed as efficiently as possible
- Custom builds may require additional time
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
🚛 Delivery
We arrange delivery through trusted transport partners to ensure your van or components arrive safely.
Delivery expectations:
- Delivery is made to the closest accessible point to your property
- Final positioning or installation is not included unless agreed in advance
- You may need to assist or arrange help on delivery, depending on access
📍 Access Requirements
To avoid delays, please ensure:
- Suitable vehicle access is available
- Adequate clearance for transport vehicles
- A safe and accessible delivery area
If your location has limitations, let us know before dispatch.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- location
- size and type of build
- delivery method
All costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

- transport schedules
- external factors beyond our control
