1. Overview
By placing an order or requesting a quote with VanUp, you agree to the following terms.
VanUp designs and supplies modular camper systems intended to fit a wide range of vehicles. Due to differences between vehicles, some minor adjustments may be required during setup.
2. Product Fit & Compatibility
VanUp products are designed to suit most common vehicles, including hatchbacks, SUVs, and wagons.
However:
- Fit may vary depending on vehicle make, model, and configuration
- Minor adjustments during installation may be required
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability before ordering
If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing.
3. Customer Information & Measurements
If you provide vehicle details, measurements, or custom requirements:
- You are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate
- VanUp will rely on this information when preparing your order
- Errors in customer-provided information may result in fit or compatibility issues
VanUp is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
4. Orders & Production
Buy Now Orders
Orders placed through checkout are treated as confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
VanUp products are made to order, and production may begin immediately after confirmation.
Quote Orders
Quotes are not binding until:
- accepted by the customer, and
- payment or deposit is received
Quoted pricing may vary depending on:
- vehicle type
- selected options
- custom requirements
5. Changes to Orders
We operate a fast production process.
- Changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed
- If you need to request a change, contact us immediately
- Once production has started, no changes can be made
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Because VanUp products are made to order:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- If a cancellation is requested before production begins, it may be approved at VanUp’s discretion
If approved, refunds may be reduced by:
- administration costs
- payment processing fees
- materials or components already purchased
- labour or supplier costs already incurred
Custom orders or modified configurations are non-refundable once confirmed.
7. Installation & Setup
VanUp kits are designed for simple installation.
- No permanent modification to the vehicle is required
- Setup may vary depending on vehicle type
- Customers are responsible for correct installation and safe use
VanUp is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
8. Use of Product
VanUp products are designed for recreational use.
The customer is responsible for:
- safe use of the product
- ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- securing all items properly during travel
9. Payments
Unless otherwise stated:
- Full payment or deposit is required to confirm an order
- Remaining balances must be paid before delivery or collection
VanUp reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is complete.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- VanUp is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- Liability is limited to the value of the product supplied
- No liability is accepted for issues arising from incorrect customer information
