Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

VanUp camper kits are made to order. This means we may begin preparing materials, scheduling production, or building your order straight away.

Buy now orders

Products purchased through the Buy Now checkout are standard VanUp products sold on a made-to-order basis.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Quote orders

Quote requests are not binding until accepted by both VanUp and the customer, and payment or deposit has been received.

Quoted pricing may vary depending on vehicle type, selected options, delivery requirements, and any custom work requested.

Cancellations

Because VanUp products are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

If you request a cancellation before production has started, we may approve it at our discretion. Any approved refund may be reduced by:

• admin costs
• payment processing fees
• materials already ordered
• labour or supplier costs already incurred

If production has started, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Custom orders

Any custom order, vehicle-specific configuration, or special-order component is non-refundable once confirmed.

Changes to orders

We move fast, so changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

If you need to request a change, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we will do our best to help. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Buy Now orders

• full payment or required deposit is due at checkout

Quote orders

• payment terms will be set out in the quote or invoice
